Deacon Board / prayer chain
The Deacon Ministry (Board) assists the Pastor in ministry to the congregation by helping with Communion, Baptism, and Anointing for healing. They provide counsel for the Pastor in the spiritual and temporal matters of the congregation. They administer a Deacon Fund and Food Pantry that aids both members of the congregation and community in times of need. They pray for and encourage members of the congregation.
